Starting From
Arrival:
Arrive in Jaipur. Check in to your hotel (assuming arrival at Jaipur International Airport – JAI or railway station).
Morning:
Visit City Palace. Explore the beautiful complex of courtyards, gardens, and buildings, which is still home to the royal family.
Afternoon:
Visit Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments.
Evening:
View Hawa Mahal from the outside and enjoy the local market at Bapu Bazaar nearby.
Dinner & Leisure:
Enjoy a traditional Rajasthan thali dinner.
Morning:
Visit Amer Fort. Drive to the magnificent hilltop fort and arrive early to take an elephant or jeep ride up to the main courtyard.
Afternoon:
Visit Jaigarh Fort, known for its huge cannon ‘Jaivana’, and enjoy panoramic views of the city.
Evening:
Visit Nahargarh Fort, ideal for a late afternoon visit. Stay until sunset for a spectacular view over Jaipur.
Morning – Travel to Agra
Check out and take a private car/taxi to Agra. The journey is approximately 5 hours (238 km) via the Yamuna Expressway route.
Afternoon – Check-into Agra Hotel
Check-in and relax after the drive.
Evening – Agra Fort
Visit the massive red sandstone Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the seat of the Mughal Empire before Delhi.
Dinner & Leisure
Enjoy a relaxing dinner in Agra.
Morning – The Taj Mahal
Visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise for the most breath-taking views and to avoid the crowds. (Note: The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.)
Afternoon – Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb
Visit the elegant tomb, often referred to as the 'Baby Taj', which is an exquisite precursor to the main Taj Mahal.
Afternoon – Fatehpur Sikri
About an hour each way, visit the abandoned Mughal capital of Fatehpur Sikri.
Evening – Mehtab Bagh
Visit this garden complex across the Yamuna River for a magnificent sunset view of the Taj Mahal.
Morning – Local Market
Enjoy North Indian breakfast and visit a local market for last-minute souvenirs.
Afternoon – Departure
