The Vietnam trip was indeed a great stress buster for us . Govolo tours team made a commendable job making sure where we were and what we wanted. Am not just saying it for the sake of review or making up what been lost from my side . We were totally happy with your services. Of the entire , we had a very nice time at Sapa,  lady hill resort was 1st in class , stay , view , guide ( Ms Du Du ) was very kind and she jelled with my daughter. But I was kind of ok with the food spread , since everything was with some kind of nonveg sauce. Next we had a great stay at Ambassador cruise , the food was ultimate and even it was a short stay , it was worth the view and time spent . Nin bin was too hot , so we were in a hurry to move from that place . Overall we had 9 out of 10 experience. Driver Mr Hai , was also professional , strictly following traffic rules for our safety and communicated with us even he had no english knowledge,  with the translator . Kudos to the team !!

Unforgettable experience, from days to the tour till touch down Sathiyamoorthy sir was one step ahead in planning and was genuinely concerned on our well being , thank you sir . Paper works , visa process , hotel vouchers , other tickets were seamlessly been mailed and was updated time to time , which was helpful in retrieving when needed ! . Once again we , Triveni family thank you all once again
